What CleanRound does
CleanRound helps cleaning businesses organise clients, recurring visits, charges, payments and statements. It is a record-keeping tool, not a payment processor, accounting service or guarantee that a customer will pay. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your entries, keeping any records required for your business and maintaining access to your account.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account details and protect your sign-in information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Only enter client information you are entitled to use, and use the app in accordance with applicable law. Do not try to access another account, interfere with the service or use it to send unlawful or unwanted communications.
Free plan and subscription
The free plan allows up to three active clients. A CleanRound Pro subscription allows more active clients while it remains active. The price, currency, billing period and any tax are shown by Apple or Google before you confirm a purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through the store that billed you. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Cancellation normally leaves access in place until the end of the paid period, subject to the store's rules. Refund requests are handled under the relevant store's process and your statutory rights.
If Pro ends, your existing client and visit records remain available, but adding or restoring clients beyond the free-plan limit may be restricted. We will not delete your records solely because a subscription expires.
Your information
You keep responsibility for the information you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to operate CleanRound and as described in the CleanRound Privacy Policy. You are responsible for telling your own clients how you use their information. The app may help compose reminders or statements, but you decide whether to send them and are responsible for their contents.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep CleanRound available, but occasional maintenance, outages or changes may occur. We may update the app to fix defects, improve security or add features. We will explain material changes to paid features or these terms where required.
Ending use
You can stop using CleanRound and cancel your subscription through the relevant store. You can request account deletion in the app or contact us at the email above. Deleting an account is separate from cancelling a store subscription, so cancel that subscription too if you do not want it to renew.
Liability and your rights
We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, and these terms do not limit your statutory rights. Because CleanRound helps you keep business records, you should review important figures and retain any copies your business needs. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information you enter or by services outside our control.
