CleanRound account deletion
CleanRound is operated by KRDMCK LTD. You can request deletion of your CleanRound account and associated app data at any time.
Delete in the app
- Sign in to CleanRound.
- Open Settings > Delete account.
- Enter your password, choose Delete my account, then confirm Delete everything.
If you cannot access the app
Email hello@krdmck.com from the email address used for your CleanRound account, with the subject “CleanRound account deletion”. Tell us you want the account and its data deleted. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting. You do not need to reinstall the app to make this request. Never email us your password.
What is deleted and what may remain
Deleting the account removes the sign-in account and the clients, contact details, schedules, visits, charges, adjustments, payments and balances linked to it from the active CleanRound service. The app clears its local account data when in-app deletion completes. Service backups may retain deleted data until they rotate; Newly states a backup window of up to 90 days. Limited security logs, support correspondence and purchase or tax records may be retained where needed for security, legal obligations or dispute handling. Apple, Google and RevenueCat may retain purchase records under their own applicable policies.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it separately in your Apple or Google subscription settings if you do not want it to renew.
