Where can I download CleanRound?
Download CleanRound for Android on Google Play. The iPhone version is awaiting App Store review; its download link will appear here when available.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You keep Pro until the end of your paid period. Your existing clients, visits, balances and statements remain available. Without Pro, you cannot add or restore a client if you already have three or more active clients.
How do I restore a subscription?
Sign in to your CleanRound account, open Settings → Subscription and choose Restore purchases. Use the app store account that originally bought the subscription.
Does CleanRound take payments from my clients?
CleanRound records the payments you receive and helps track balances. It does not process your clients’ payments.
How do I get support?
Email hello@krdmck.com with “CleanRound” in the subject and describe what happened. Include your phone type and app version if you can. Never send passwords or payment card details.
